Very mild, my dear friend. I believe MORE than "something" is needed to "radically" "revolutionise" the attitudes and committment of the powers that be. It is persons like you that need to be at the forefront to inculcate the required qualities into them. Public embarrassment and shame might be a start.Maybe they are too thickskinned and know that such occassional tirades will soon blow over without even a knock on the knuckles?
